FAQ
These are the questions I get asked most — by readers, by brands, and by other bloggers. If yours isn’t here, email me at contact@lifestylesbystella.com and I’ll answer it, then add it to this page.
1. What is Lifestyles by Stella?
Lifestyles by Stella is a women’s fashion and styling site covering outfit ideas, hair color, haircuts, hairstyles and nail designs. Everything is written to be practical and wearable — the kind of idea you can act on this weekend, not just admire. The site deliberately stays inside one niche: style, hair and nails. No travel diaries, no recipes, no wellness detours.
2. Who is Stella Kova?
I’m Stella Kova, the founder, owner and sole writer of Lifestyles by Stella. I’m a style writer and a lifelong follower of fashion, hair and nail trends — not a licensed hairstylist, colorist, nail technician or image consultant. I share researched, reader-first style guidance, and I’m clear about where my expertise ends. You can read more on my About Me page.
3. Who is Lifestyles by Stella for?
Women who want to look pulled together without overcomplicating it — from your twenties into your fifties and beyond, across body types, hair textures and budgets. If you’ve ever searched “what do I wear to this” or “what haircut should I ask for”, you’re exactly who I write for.
4. How often do you publish new content?
New posts go up several times a week, and every category is refreshed through the seasons — spring and summer edits, fall and winter edits, plus holiday and occasion roundups. Seasonal guides are updated rather than abandoned, so an older post you saved may still be the newest version.
5. Do you earn money from this site?
Yes, and I’m upfront about it. Lifestyles by Stella is supported by affiliate links, sponsored collaborations, gifted products and advertising. Every one of these is disclosed on the page where it appears. Partnerships fund the time that goes into researching and writing, but they never buy an opinion — if a product isn’t good, I don’t recommend it, and I’ll say so.
6. Do you accept sponsored posts and brand collaborations?
Yes — when the brand genuinely fits the site. I work on sponsored posts, product reviews, affiliate partnerships, Pinterest campaigns and styled photography. Full details, formats and how to pitch are on my Collaborations page, or email collaborations@lifestylesbystella.com.
7. Do you accept free products in exchange for coverage?
Brands sometimes send products to consider. Receiving something never guarantees a mention, a review or a positive opinion — and anything covered from a gifted product is labeled as gifted. Anything featured that I was paid for is labeled as sponsored or paid partnership.
8. Do you accept guest posts?
No. Lifestyles by Stella is written by me alone, so the voice and the standards stay consistent. I don’t accept guest articles, link insertions, paid placements in existing posts or “sponsored” links outside a disclosed collaboration. If that ever changes, I’ll announce it here.
9. Do you give professional fashion, hair or beauty advice?
No. Everything on this site is general information, inspiration and my own opinion. I’m not a licensed stylist, colorist, dermatologist or nail professional, and nothing here is a substitute for advice from someone who can see you in person. Hair color and chemical services especially should always be discussed with a qualified professional first. See my Disclaimer for the full details.
10. Can I share or repin your content and images?
Yes, with credit. Share links to posts freely, and pin my images on Pinterest as long as the pin clearly links back to lifestylesbystella.com. What isn’t allowed: republishing a full post, copying text into your own article, removing my watermark, or using my images commercially without written permission. Full rules are in my Image Credits & Sources Policy and Terms of Use.
11. Are the images on this site real photographs?
Some are original or licensed photography; some are styled, retouched or created with AI tools to illustrate a look, shade, cut or nail design. AI-created imagery is used for visual illustration, never to imply a real person’s result. My Image Credits & Sources Policy explains exactly how images are sourced and credited.
12. I found an error, or an image that may be yours. What do I do?
Please email me at contact@lifestylesbystella.com with the page link and the details. If I’ve made a mistake, I’ll correct it and note the update. If an image credit is wrong or missing, I’ll fix or remove it promptly. If you own an image used here and want it taken down, say so and I’ll act on it — no argument.
13. Can I send you my questions or a topic request?
Yes, please. Reader questions are where most of my best post ideas come from — “what do I wear to a fall wedding”, “how do I ask for curtain bangs”, “what color suits my skin tone”. Email contact@lifestylesbystella.com. I read everything, even when I can’t reply to each one individually.
14. Where is Lifestyles by Stella based?
The site is published and operated from [FILL: your city and country — or delete the city and keep only the country]. My readers are international, so content focuses on universal styling principles, with seasonal notes that work in both northern and southern hemispheres.
15. How do I contact you?
Two inboxes, both read by me: contact@lifestylesbystella.com for everything reader-related, and collaborations@lifestylesbystella.com for brands, PR and press. I reply as quickly as I can, usually within a few business days. Full details on my Contact page.
