How long a reply takes
I read every message. Reader mail and collaborations are usually answered within a few business days; during busy publishing periods it can take a little longer. If your message is time-sensitive — a campaign with a fixed start date, or a rights issue — put that in the subject line and I’ll prioritize it.
A quick note on what I can’t help with
- Personalized professional advice. I can’t diagnose your hair, skin or nails from a photo, and I’m not a licensed professional. Please bring color and chemical questions to a qualified stylist or dermatologist.
- Guest posts, link insertions and paid links — see question 8 on the FAQ.
- Orders, shipping or returns. If you purchased something through a link on this site, the retailer handles it — I don’t sell products and can’t access your order.
