Style is everything. That's because style is power! Style allows you to make a statement without saying a word. It can attract, repel, command attention, and garner respect. And that's the thing about style that a lot of people just don't get---but I do!

From an early age I fell in love with style and how to put together a look. Whether it was an Easter Sunday scripture reading, first day of school (ok, everyday of school), or a day with family, my look had to be right. Yes, I was that kid. So it was only natural that my professional foray into the world of style started with hair. There's nothing like making someone look great and feel beautiful. The reward is immediate for both the client and the stylist. Then I started styling my friends for events, adding the title "fashion stylist" to my resume. I was on top of the world. Because there is something about doing hair and styling folks for events that is very fairy godmother-ish.

The only problem is that it got a little old. Because once the event is over and the last curl has lost it's bounce, everybody turns back into a pumpkin. I needed something more substantial. I wanted to teach women (and some guys, too) how to be stylish, to empower them with knowledge to look great---even when I wasn't around.

So I decided to take my styling talents to the next level---focusing on lifestyle changes instead of that before stroke of 12, bibbidi-bobbidi-boo type of stuff. I hit the books and became a certified image consultant. So here I am, ready to take you to the next level in your style evolution. Hair, makeup, clothes--I'm going to help you learn how to use your power--that is your style to make a positive impact in your life--and maybe even the lives of others.
